Spent the day in Herouvillette and walked to the Pegasus bridge through Ranville

Took about an hour each way and visited the Pegasus museum.

Very Moving

Had a coffee at Cafe Gondree and spoke to Madame Gondree who I saw on TV before we left UK.

On way back, visited the Commonwealth War Graves at Ranville. Again very moving some soldiers as young as 19 killed in action. Graves contained British and Canadian and German soldiers, and a couple of MN men.
