A very pleasant site with access via a steep hill to the marina area, and although very warm, we ventured to the marina and had lunch of fish and chips.
As you can see from the map below, on approaching Mortagne, we ran into a closed road. Having negotiated a detour, we ran into yet another “route baree” and had to find another route. This we did, but unfortunately, on a bend a car coming the other direction too fast, and on my side of the road hit my van, removing his wing mirror, and sending him partially into a ditch. We did not stop, and expect that his error will cost him a fair amount of money!
