We travelled from Nort-sur-Erdre to Dampierre-Sur-Loire along the north bank of the river Loire, with some beautiful scenery, stopping off on the way for lunch.

I had been to Dampierre-Sur-Loire last year, and was easily able to find the aire, which is just outside Saumur.

The next day Peter and I cycled into Saumur to the Lidl store to replenish stores. It was very hot, so we were glad that we cycled in the early morning.
