Travelling from Hirel to Nort-sur-Erdre we passed through Dol-de-Bretagne, which has an impressive cathedral. The journey was pleasant, and the intention was to stop at the free aire at Nort-sur-Erdre.

However on arrival, the aire had been shut and all the services turned off, and we were directed to the municpal campsite “Camping Port Mulon”. The site was pleasant with reasonable facilities, and the had a not for free aire attached. I stayed in the campsite, and Peter stayed on the aire, but there was not much to choose between the two, as Peter was able to access the facilities after the office shut!

We took a short walk into Nort-sur-Erdre to go to the supermarket, which gave Flash a welcome romp.
